I-736 is no longer required: 1) If a traveler holds a valid visa for travel to the U.S. 2) If a traveler is a citizen of Japan and has a current ESTA enrollment. 3) If the traveler is a citizen of the U.S. Guam EDF: A digital form that all arriving passengers complete.
